At alfakher8k, we prioritize the fast and reliable delivery of your order. Orders are processed from our location in Hamburg and shipped within Germany as well as to selected European countries.
If you place your order on a business day by 12:00 PM, your order will generally be shipped on the same business day.
Shipping within Germany
We deliver throughout Germany. For orders within Germany, standard shipping and—if available at checkout—express shipping are offered.

You will receive free standard delivery within Germany on orders with a value of €59.99 or more.
Shipping costs are displayed transparently in the shopping cart or, at the latest, at checkout.
Order by 12:00 PM – Same-day shipping
Orders that reach us on a business day by 12:00 PM are generally prepared for shipping and handed over to the shipping service provider on the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are generally processed on the following business day.
For our shipping processing, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time within Germany
Once handed over to the shipping service provider, the regular delivery time for standard shipping within Germany is generally 2–3 business days.
The actual delivery duration may vary, especially on weekends, public holidays, or due to delays with the respective shipping service provider.
Express shipping
If express shipping is offered for your order at checkout, the stated delivery time is generally 1–2 business days.
The specific costs for express shipping will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
International shipping
In addition to deliveries within Germany, we also ship orders to selected European countries.
International shipping is currently available primarily to the following countries:
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Poland
- Netherlands

For deliveries to Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Netherlands, we charge shipping costs of:

The usual transit times of the respective shipping service provider apply to international orders. The actual delivery time depends, among other things, on the destination country, the shipping service provider, and possible transport delays.
Deliveries to Switzerland
Please note for deliveries to Switzerland that, as it is a country outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, or other fees may apply.
Any such applicable charges are not part of our shipping costs and will be levied by the relevant authorities.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your order has been successfully processed, it will be prepared for shipment. For orders placed on a business day by 12:00 PM, handover to the shipping service provider generally occurs on the same business day.
As soon as relevant shipping information becomes available, you will receive it via the email address provided with your order.

alfakher8k ships orders within Germany as well as to Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Netherlands.
This allows customers from Hamburg and throughout Germany, as well as the specified European delivery regions, to order conveniently via our online shop.
Shipping delays
Despite careful and fast processing, deliveries may be delayed in individual cases. This can be caused, for example, by increased parcel volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or delays at the shipping service provider.
The stated delivery times therefore represent regular or estimated transit times.
